Not to mention the famous sherries, they also produce rare high-quality brandy! The PX grapes were dried in the sun before pressing in order that the aromas of which can be more concentrated! After World War II, the technique of distilling grapes in Jerez’s wineries is gradually forgotten except Ximenez-Spinola.
