對於Tulloch第三代傳人Jay Tulloch而言，酒莊的起跌高低，也是他自己的人生。
1962年，18歲的他加入了家族酒莊。但隨著1969年酒莊賣盤，迫不得已離開釀酒事業的起點。在跨國企業一步一步攀升到最高，輾轉了數十年，始於沒有忘本。終於他在01年彌補了長久以來的遺憾，買回家族酒莊🏠。
G3代表的是「Generation 3」，也是向Jay Tulloch致敬。G3的Shiraz由Jay親手挑選，出產Parish of Pokolbin中心的少數葡萄樹，產量極少。黑布冧與黑加侖子的香氣踏實而叫人難忘，加上絲滑的單寧，正好表達出Hunter Valley的紅酒實而不華的感覺。就是因為Jay對家族土地從一而終的熱愛，土地也從來沒有背棄他，仍然在等這位真正主人回來，釀出佳釀。

【🇭🇲The love of the third generation: Tulloch G3 Shiraz】
The up and downs of Tulloch winery just mirrors the life of Jay Tulloch himself.
In 1962, he joined the company at the age of 18. However, in 1969, the winery was sold to others and he had no choice but to leave the starting points of his wine-making career. He then began his successful career at an international enterprise but never forgot his home winery. In 2001, he finally bought back this old winery🏠.
G3 is the short form of “generation 3”. It is a salute to Jay Tulloch. The Shiraz of G3, from the tiny blocks of vines in the center of Parish of Pokolbin, was hand selected by Jay. The yield was very limited every year. The aromas of plum and blackcurrant, along with silky tannin, signify the classic character of grapes in Hunter Valley. Because of his affection with the family-owned vineyards, the land never turn its back on him but kept waiting for his comeback and made the best wines.
