【🍲打邊爐，飲呢啲，白酒篇】 話說上個 Happy Friday我地全公司去左打邊爐，當然要揀番啲好酒黎配火鍋啦！不論係奧地利，南法同Burgundy，一樣可以配火鍋！ 😉個鍋既然仲未滾，一於先黎支開胃嘅白酒！奧地利 Pichler Krutzler Gruner Veltliner "Frauengarten"有清新嘅花香，又有柑橘果香同仿如Riesling般一流青檸酸度，女同事追住飲！ 開完個胃，即刻K.O.半打桶蠔，Madeloc Collioure Blanc “Tremadoc” 就完全發揮佢嘅配蠔威力，呢支有海水感覺嘅南法白酒，同貝類海產味道極夾🌊!。 第三支登場嘅Domaine la Milliere Chateauneuf-du-pape Blanc，本身帶有南法香草味道同優雅果香，同濃郁嘅火鍋湯底湊成絕配！ 而Burgundy白酒原來一樣可以配火鍋，Pascal Marchand Meursault帶有深刻嘅白芝麻味，再加上來自Chardonnay嘅蘋果香，將大隻多汁嘅花甲提升到另一層次！黎緊氣溫又再急降，快啲打番過暖笠笠嘅邊爐啦！♨️ (下回待續) 【🍲Happy Friday hot pots !!! Our picks for white wines】 Hot pots are our best choice for gathering in winter. We went to a nice hot pot restaurant for dinner last Friday, needless to say, wines are not excluded. What we have chosen were wines from Austria, Southern France and Burgundy to perfectly match with hot pots. While waiting for the soup to boil, we couldn’t wait and opened the bottle of Pichler Krutzler Gruner Veltliner "Frauengarten". This Austrian white wine has delighting aroma of citrus and white flowers, with great acidity of lime, which is similar to Riesling, best for aperitif. After stimulating our appetite, we immediately ordered half-dozen oysters. Madeloc Collioure Blanc “Tremadoc” perfectly plays its role to pair with oysters with its taste of sea salt🌊. The restaurant is famous for their wide selection of soup, so we chose Domaine la Milliere Chateauneuf-du-pape Blanc as the third to enjoy. The aromas of spices and fruitiness made it a great wine to pair with the tasty soup which was rich with spices. What really surprised us was that the Burgundy’s white wines could be a great match too! We paired the Pascal Marchand Meursault with clams and shell food. The signature aroma of sesame and the classic taste of apples elevated the hot pot to sky-high level!!!
