頂級美食當然配頂級好酒！衷心感謝當晚由Ritz Carlton Hotel 行政總廚 Mr Peter Find 帶領廚師團隊烹調嘅精緻法國菜，將我地嘅酒提升到另一層次！當然亦都要讚一讚老闆嘅配酒功力啦！

【💪Good wines with good cuisines: Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Gala Induction Chapitre】
Last week our boss was awarded the title of “Professionel du Vin”and attended the Gala Dinner organized by Chaîne des Rôtisseurs ! The professional foodies at that night were also served with our wines.
Top-tier food should always be with top-tier wines! We would like to thank the chef team of Ritz Carlton Hotel, especially their Executive Chef, Mr Peter Find for preparing the fantastic dishes which elevate our wines to a higher level. Our boss helped on the food and wine pairing which many guests told us they enjoyed a lot!
