Castell d’Encus 位於西班牙山區，海拔1000米，氣候比一般西班牙產區清涼，所以國際葡萄品種如Pinot Noir及Riesling都可以健康生長。酒莊已開始了今年的葡萄收成，即將投入釀造新一年的葡萄酒。酒莊工人最近在田中收成Pinot Noir，同時又在篩選桌上揀選Riesling。
相對其他年份，今年的收成比一般早開始，因為今年七月天氣特別熱，令葡萄成熟較快，幸好最近天氣回涼且有雨，令葡萄酸度得以獲得平衡

Castell d’Encus is a winery located at 1000m altitude, therefore it has a cooler climate than many sub-regions in Spain, Pinot Noir and Riesling can thrive healthily. The winery has just started the harvest to prepare for a new year of production. Recently, workers are busy picking Pinot Noir in the vineyard and selecting Riesling on the selecting table.
The harvest of this year has started earlier than other years, due to the heat waves in July, and the weather lately has been quite cool and rainy, the grapes regain some acidity and balance.
