Château Rieussec is a winery in Sauternes region, where they produces delicate sweet wines (also known as liquid gold) and they have outstanding quality that attracted the acquisition by Lafite in 1984. Their vineyard adjoins Château d’Yquem, and the 2001 vintage was declared Wine of the Year in 2004 by Wine Spectator magazine, and we are proud to offer you their 2009 vintage which Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate commented : ‘Probably the best Rieussec since the astounding 2001’, receiving 97 points.
