傳奇釀酒師Raul Bobet與多位朋友早前在FoFo PRIVAT享受了一頓愉快的晚宴，侍酒師Vincent和大廚Alex特地設計了為當晚而設的菜單，再配以Raul的美酒。縱使不是一般人認為的傳統配搭，但Raul的白酒配搭肉類時有令人意想不到的效果，而紅酒和海鮮也能達到完美和諧。也許因為背後功臣的精心創意，令今次活動一早已經爆滿。當晚嘉賓與Raul言談甚歡，在興奮的氣氛下，不知不覺到了凌晨十二時大家才盡興而回。
縱使Raul工作至深夜，他也沒有在翌日休息，而到了我們的中環店和擁躉及其他嘉賓一起試飲，他更和嘉賓拍照，又在酒瓶上簽名，實在與明星沒有兩樣。
Legendary winemaker Raul Bobet and our most valued guests enjoyed a night of dinner at FoFo PRIVAT, where sommelier Vincent and Chef Alex tailor made the menu exclusively for this occasion and paired them with Raul’s outstanding wines. Though it is not considered conventional, Raul’s white wine went really well with meat, and the red wines harmonized the seafood quite perfectly, and this might be the reason why we got a full house for this event, guests had a great time chatting with the winemaker and did not leave until 12 midnight.
The next day was not a day off for Raul even he stayed up till late, he showed up at our shop in Central, not only tasted the wines together with his fans and guests, he also took photos with people and autographed the wine bottles, just like a movie star.
