試飲活動： Dominio do Bibei - Ribeira Sacra (RP 93分以上)
這個有如世外桃源的地方，葡萄園海拔由300至700米不等，地勢起伏不定，驟眼看似是靜修之地多於酒莊，不過高處不會不勝寒，反而釀出清涼氣候應有的優雅葡萄酒。
在Bibei河流附近的風土十分獨特，而酒莊也主要運用本土葡萄包括Mencia、Godello等釀出4款優雅的葡萄酒LALAMA、LACIMA、LAPOLA 和LAPENA，各有其漂亮故事之餘，LALAMA更入選Decanter雜誌2014年50大葡萄酒！
Dominio Do Bibei的代表會於6月26日（星期五）訪問我們並在中環店舉行試飲會，這當然是一個好機會，認識這幾款獲得酒評家Robert Parker最少93分，絕對稱得上狀元級數的葡萄酒！

Vineyards are located between 300m to 700m altitude, these elevated hilly locations contribute to the production of elegant and complex wines under cool climates. The terroir beside River Bibei is unique and local grapes such as Mencia and Godello are used for their 4 elegant wines: LALAMA, LACIMA, LAPOLA and LAPENA, each has its beautiful story, what’s more, LALAMA is one of the top 50 wines of 2014 by ‘Decanter’ magazine!
