The 12 apostles in the Japanese comic ‘Drops of God’ may seem very distant from us, because of their rarity and somewhat unreachable prices. But in reality, one does not always need to pay a dear price for a touch of the legend.
The winemaker of the 11th apostle (Ferrer Bobet Seleccio Especial) in the said comic, Raul Bobet will visit Hong Kong and host a wine dinner with us on Friday 12 June, at PRIVAT in Central. Raul’s private project, Castell d’Encus involves exceptional wine production at a high altitude (so you can have Riesling and Pinot Noir!) and fermentation in stone vats dated back to 12th century.
