Castell d’Encus 一系列酒包活EKAM、TALEIA、QUESt和ThALARN剛出現於Wine Times Hong Kong文章內，品評者於愉景灣一邊享用海鮮及泰國菜式，一邊品嘗該系列美酒。獲冠以「典雅高山美酒」，這系列絕不能和一般西班牙酒相提並論的作品，當然獲得極高評價。
Castell d’Encus is located at Costers de Sagre Spain, where there are less restrictions in wine making than other major regions, this is also the place where Raul Bobet (who also produces the legendary ‘Ferrer Bobet Seleccio Especial’) makes his non-traditional wines.
Featured in Wine Times Hong Kong, the collection of Castell d’Encus wines including EKAM, TALEIA, QUEsT and ThALARN are tasted in Discovery Bay alongside with seafood and Thai dishes. Crowned as ‘elegant mountain wines’, these are certainly not usual Spanish wines and received outstanding comments.
