我們的新酒試酒會已經成功舉行！當天有8款新酒供試飲，每款酒都盡現其獨有性格。有趣的「海底白酒」Chateau du Coureau – Le Blanc des Cabanes 果香十足和新鮮，IVORI紅酒有足夠酒體惹人喜愛，The New Black Wine盡情展現其香氣味道，這幾款酒都與我們預備的陳年車打芝士十分匹配。另一方面，甜雞蛋餅與MARFIL semi solera 1976的配襯，也令參加的朋友十分驚訝，難怪不少朋友即場落單購買我們的新酒。
Our tasting event for new arrival wines was held with great success! 8 kinds of wines were served and they all showed their distinctive characters. The intriguing ‘underwater white wine’ Chateau du Coureau – Le Blanc des Cabanes is fruity and fresh, the IVORI red is lovely with good body, while The New Black Wine is expressive and generous, these wines went very well with our vintage cheddar cheese provided. On the other hand, sweet egg biscuits were specially prepared for pairing with MARFIL semi solera 1976, all the guests were amazed by the synergy created. Of course, lots of purchased were made right away.
