黑鳥 = 提子 = 酒？
釀酒，本身已是一門高深學問及藝術，起碼需要十年八年功力，才能釀出令人讚歎的酒，若然把世人所熟悉的藝術融合在葡萄酒，效果肯定倍增！
自從擁有著名水晶首飾及藝術品品牌LALIQUE的Silvio Denz購入了Péby Faugères酒莊後，他便把自己對藝術的熱愛灌注到其葡萄酒中。09年開始，Château Péby Faugères的酒瓶上加入了黑鳥浮雕，是源自Rene Lalique於1928年的畫作。選用黑鳥，是因為釀酒採用的Merlot葡萄在法國當地方言就是「黑鳥」的意思，加上這酒以複雜及平衡聞名，獲Robert Parker的97分高分，Château Péby Faugères實在堪稱葡萄酒藝術登峰造極之作。

BLACK BIRD = GRAPE = WINE ?
Some say, winemaking has been an art which requires tremendous amount of knowledge and work, the effort needed for a successful wine cannot always be quantified.
After the owner of crystal jewellery brand LALIQUE, Silvio Denz who is a great art lover, acquired Château Péby Faugères in 2005, Château Péby Faugères wine has started its journey towards becoming a piece of art. Form Vintage 2009, the Château has produced a bottle engraved with a 1928 drawing by Rene Lalique. The drawing is called ‘The Black Bird of the Grapes’, because the Merlot used in the wine is called ‘The Black Bird’ in French local dialect. What is more, this artistic wine is renowned with its balance and complexity which won 97 points from Robert Parker, Château Péby Faugères is definitely the apex of wine art.
