Stephan von Neipperg伯爵即Saint Emilion Chateau Canon la Gaffelière 和La Mondotte莊主，一直放眼世界各地有潛質的酒莊，除了保加利亞Domaine Bessa Valley，也包括位於南非New Philadelphia的Capaia酒莊。2005年此酒莊的釀酒師因意外離世，Stephan von Neipperg伯爵便為酒莊提供釀造的顧問意見。在投資Domaine Bessa Valley得到極大成功後，今年他亦肯定了南非Capaia酒莊的實力，於是他在年初便入股投資這所出產波爾多風格紅酒和高品質Sauvignon Blanc的酒莊。
Capaia的波爾多風格Capaia One（Merlot、Cabernet Sauvignon、Cabernet Franc、Petit Verdot 和 Shiraz）是一款十分平衡的高階紅酒，它飽滿酒體，加上濃郁風味如香草、黑果、咖啡及胡椒等，令此酒特別適宜配搭肉類菜式，如香草燒雞、豬肋骨、羊架、乳鴿等。
而Sauvignon Blanc則充滿風情，融合優雅酸度，除了焗海鮮、帶子、生蠔等，此酒特別豐富的結構，也適宜配搭白肉。

Count Stephan von Neipperg, owner of classified Saint Emilion estates Chateau Canon la Gaffelière and La Mondotte, is always keeping an eye on wineries around the world with great potentials. Apart from Domaine Bessa Valley in Bulgaria, Capaia in New Philadelphia of South Africa is also one of his most-loved wineries. In 2005 when their winemaker passed away during an accident, Count Stephan von Neipperg started to offer Capaia his assistance about winemaking. After investing in Domaine Bessa Valley and received huge success, earlier this year Count Stephan von Neipperg has taken a stake in Capaia Wines, a solid recognition for their efforts.
Capaia focuses on producing Bordeaux styled red and high quality Sauvignon Blanc. The Bordeaux styled Capaia One (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot and Shiraz) is a well balanced high class lovely red wine, it is full bodied with opulent flavours of herbs, black fruits, coffee and pepper, especially recommended to be paired with meaty dishes such as roast chicken with herbs, pork ribs, lamb rack and roast pigeon, etc.
Capaia Sauvignon Blanc is exotic with well integrated acidity, seafood gratin, fresh scallops and oysters are with no doubt its classic match, the wine’s outstanding structure will also be a good match with white meat.
