著名撰稿人畢明在最新一期《飲食男女》（隨《壹週刊》附送）專欄〈唯有杜康〉中，介紹了來自西班牙Uvas Felices系列中的Ca N'Estruc L'Equilibrista 2012（亦曾出現於漫畫《神之水滴》），作者尤其喜愛酒的平衡，有齊紅果、香料、順滑橡木，令作者響起波蘭爵士鋼琴家Leszek Moder彈奏的蕭邦，把同鄉大師的作品注入率性，是《Impressions on Chopin: Etude op. 25 no. 4》。酒亦帶給作者層次和溫暖，像美國詩人James Kavanaugh說：「我們不想要對別人證明自己，或彼此競爭愛。」

Well known writer Bud Ming, introduced Uvas Felices Ca N'Estruc L'Equilibrista 2012 (featured also in the Japanese comic ‘Drops of God’), in the latest issue of ‘Eat & Travel Weekly’ (bundled with Next Magazine). Bud Ming was particularly fascinated by the wine’s balanced character, providing red fruits, spices and creamy oak, at that moment a piece of classical music ‘Impressions on Chopin: Etude op. 25 no. 4’ played by Polish jazz pianist Leszek Moder popped into the writer’s mind. The wine had complexity and brought warmth to the writer, it resembled what the American poet had said: ‘We are wanderers, dreamers and lovers, lonely souls who dare ask of life everything good and beautiful.’
