If you’ve been a fan of ours since the beginning, you know that we’ve always tried to go above and beyond for our customers. It’s not lost on us that you are the reason we get to do what we love, and in turn we love spoiling you with things like faster-than-expected shipping, surprise promo codes, and super speedy customer service.
With our most recent Sweats + limited edition Sculptflex drops, we ran into some seriously unexpected delays caused by COVID. It’s a domino effect when all of the different factories involved in our production are working at half capacity for the safety of their workers & all of our shipping partners are delayed. It’s true that the some people have gotten their orders - we’re shipping out all orders in the order we received them (it’s a computer generated process that does not prioritize any orders over others, even influencers) - but still, many batches of orders have been delayed. We promise there is no big secret that we haven’t shared with you about the delay & that we’re doing everything in our power to make sure you get your orders as quickly as possible.
To the people whose orders have been delayed, we are sorry that we haven’t been better about providing more regular updates for you. We really dropped the ball on that, and there’s no excuse. You should never feel like you spent your hard earned money for a company that’s leaving you in the dark. We’re sending an email to everyone whose orders have been delayed with an apology and a little something special for you - if you’ve been delayed but haven’t received anything from us by tomorrow, please let us know so we can make sure you’re included.
Lastly, we’re turning comments off on this post - not because we can’t take the negative feedback, but because some of you have started being hostile towards one another, and we don’t want to host a forum for that.
