I think in general people forget that I am human. I make mistakes and I make them often. How am I supposed to learn how to grow and be a better version of myself if I don’t make mistakes. Social media has made it so incredibly easy to judge others behind a screen and say things that they probably would never be able to say it to my face. I care so much and I mean SO much about all the small details, each and every employee. Every product we invest in etc. sometimes I care more thank people think I should care. It’s a blessing and a curse. At the end of the day I can’t please every single person. The world simply doesn’t work that way. So, my message to you is embrace mistakes. Take accountability when appropriate and learn and grow.
