Two new Colombian standouts drop at 7th tomorrow! First up, a long-awaited 100% bourbon beauty from our dear friend and producer, Wilfredo Ule Vargas of Finca Alcatraz. His first harvest of Bourbon plants has yielded a remarkably bright coffee with flavors of peach cobbler, pear, & dark chocolate. The second hails from Julio Roberto Rojas of Finca Orizol, a newly established Sightglass partnership. Flavors of Concord grape juice & tart green apple candy are balanced by milk chocolate & caramel notes in this decadent coffee.
