Beautiful character on the handle of the new Pista Floor Pump. We designed this handle to be a near reincarnation of the original Bakelite handle from 1962. Instead of Bakelite, we chose Ash because its strength allows the wood to be machined to tighter tolerances which allowed us to create more secure hose guides. We also made the handle a bit larger so it feels more stable when used with two hands.
