Functionally, this chuck works well. It brought my 35 year old made-in-Italy Silca pump back to life. Aesthetically (and for the price, aesthetics really matter), it could be better. The rotating lever doesn't move smoothly due to the rough finish on the lever's unpolished metal. The box says it was made in Taiwan, not the U.S., which is disappointing, especially at this crazy high price. My guess is it costs about $10 to make.
