I use SILCA Gear Wipes for gentle cleaning on all my classic steel bicycles and accessories.
I completed restoration recently of a nearly 100 year-old floor pump made by the Società Italiana Lavorazione Celluloide ed Affini (S.I.L.C.A). This is an early model #3 floor pump designed for bicycles. My initial step was the gentle removal of a century of accumulated grease and grim using the SILCA Gear Wipes.
