#Silca behind the scenes: Creating a product is one thing, but then how do you efficiently pack it, box it, and ship it out? Right away, we knew the packing of T-Ratchet + TI-Torque kits would be a tedious process. Originally launched on Kickstarter, our first run was thousands, with each kit having 14 pieces. We were looking at roughly fifty thousand individual parts to pack. To speed up the process, we created some simple fixturing boards. We still use those original boards but have added a few more. Sometimes, your tools need tools.
