As much as I enjoy meeting and networking with new people it's relationships with former teammates, colleagues and varsity friends that are beyond special to me.

We played football together in university and recently I learned that they opened an incredible personal training studio on the East Side of Toronto, called Forme Fitness.
The equipment at Forme Fitness is incredible, the track is one of a kind and their instruction is the best I've ever experienced.
As an athlete it's easy to think you don't need a trainer but 5min into a workout at Forme I realized I had lost just that, my Forme.
I'm excited to train at Forme, I'm excited to be doing speed work vs long distance training and I'm stoked to be throwing tires around like they are toys.
