The drip tray on the Nano was a late addition to the design but a feature that we now couldn’t live without. Before the its development, we had drips, splashes and even some boil-overs that ended up on the floor or caking up the brew cart, pumps, chiller, etc. We thought there had to be a better way, and there was – a drip tray under the entire brew cart! Now those spatters, splashes and boil-overs are caught by the sloped drip tray and easily drained out through a tri-clamp port welded on the low end. No floor drain in your brewing space? That’s not a problem with the Spike Nano.
