Bottom-draining tanks are standard in any commercial brewery. Commercial tanks are quite large so tipping them onto their sides to spray down and clean isn’t an option. When brewing commercially we know time is money, so we developed our 1bbl Nano to make the cleaning process as quick and efficient as the brew day itself. For this reason, we designed all the Nano’s tanks with bottom drains and lid ports for a CIP ball, making it possible to CIP (clean in place) the entire system. Simply run brewery wash through the system and flush with clean water. No more wasted time hand scrubbing tanks. Clean the entire system in less than 30 minutes!
