One of our greatest accomplishments during the development of the Spike Nano was being able to keep 85% of its manufacturing in the US. Not everything can be made in the States, but one of our core values is to promote manufacturing and job growth at home.

Another benefit of local production is that it allows our engineering team to frequently visit our various OEM factories. This gives us opportunities to learn about innovative manufacturing techniques, get feedback from industry experts and lock down the 'fit and finish' of our products. Being able to work directly with the engineers, technicians, machinists and fabricators at our OEMs is hugely beneficial. A prime example of this was evident with the quick-connect fitting for our sparge and vorlauf arm. Spike's engineering team visited our supplier in Kenosha, WI and cut multiple samples, varying them by .001", until the perfect fit was found. These are the lengths we go to during our development process to create the best possible products for our customers.

As you can see, most of the Nano's parts and sub-components come from the Midwest. And just like most of you drink and support local, so do we!
