Cold crashed and finishing carbonating. Being my first double batch with all new equipment using a new method and recipe, I’m happy with the results. I really rolled the dice going after this with no time for a backup for the Battle of the Homebrewers. I can’t speak highly enough about @spikebrewing equipment. My efficiency went from low-mid 70’s to 84%. My grain bill was over 35lbs and used 32oz of hops throughout the process.
