“I’m working on my homemade dough game. The crust didn’t rise like I wanted it to but the best thing about an imperfect pizza that it still tastes great. I used the @robertaspizza dough recipe but I’m new to the pizza game and my hand kneading needs work. The dough felt way too hard so I made a second batch using the kitchen aid mixer to knead and it came out much better (swipe to second photo).
