After a monumental fortnight of new brand launches at SUBTYPE, it couldn't be more fitting than to continue this flow by adding @032c to our curated brand collection.
032c is a German magazine that turned cult streetwear brand.
Founded in 2001 by Joerg Koch, the name stems from a Pantone code for red. The magazine developed critical acclaim for it's ability to provoke free thought whilst thoroughly covering designers + artists such as Pablo Picasso, Rei Kawakubo + Raf Simmons, along with editorials featuring Kim + Kanye, + Frank Ocean.
In journalistic portrayals of some of the most iconic figures in fashion + music of the past decades, the transition in 2016 to add fashion design to their repertoire seemed only natural.
Fast-forward 5 years + the brand is now a fashion label in its own right, with some prominent collaborations along the way, including adidas, Stüssy, Alyx, Gosha.
