Ever since I switched to digital, I have been using the youversion app for devotions, bible readings, and reading plans. I used a digital war binder (just a normal digital notebook with tabs) and eventually decided to make my own digital faith journal. But I really miss the act of highlighting and writing on the pages of my bible. One of the things I never experienced but really wanted to while I was still deep in my analog phase was having a journaling bible - a bible that’s really meant to be written on, drawn on, lettered on - somewhere I can really write my thoughts and reflection and any prayer beside the verses. The last photo would show you what my ordinary bible looked like in 2015. I’m just glad I was able to find this digital journaling bible from crosswaybooks (thanks again, planningwithae for the recommendation to sign up as a member for the good discount!) I bought this back in January but only decided to really use it today. And here’s a raw snippet of why I haven’t been really around lately. God really knows how to use His Word to remind His people and help them. I only pray for better days. 🙏🏻
