We love women (and men), us SuperFeaster’s have that deep love for everyone! In light of International Women’s day we take a special moment to acknowledge the wonderful women in our lives and yours. We recognise that women are the pure embodiment of the potent and cyclic energies of Gaia, our Mother planet, and know that women (and men) flourish in health when they’re given the space to connect deeply with the elements of our Earthly home. On this special day, and all days that follow, we honour and hold reverence for the Earth and all the gifts she offers us. For the nourishment she provides to our bodies, minds and Spirits and the way she holds space for us to witness the beauty of the ebb and the flow, helping us to trust the spaces in between. So on this day dedicated to women and the Yin energy of the universe, that teaches us to conserve, consolidate and regenerate the essence of life, we encourage you to join us, and take a special moment to raise your mug of medicinal mushroom hot chocolate in a toast to the incredible women in your life, and the incredible women in our world at large.
