🍄Got a fancy new stash of mushies and wondering how to mix and match your blends and single herbs? Check it out: 🌿The tonic herbs work in synergy with one another and were traditionally formulated to carry a certain intention and energetic within the body. In this regard they are well suited to be added to your foods, drinks and tonic elixirs in combinations aligned to your individual intention and needs. 🍄 Our blends all contain four or more herbs, when mixing up your favourite medicinal potion feel free to invite a few of your herbal friends to the tonic party. We just ask you be considerate of the dose and ratio when doing so. Say you’re vibing Jing, Cordyceps and Mason’s Mushrooms be aware that Jing and Mason’s also contain Cordyceps so when mixing all three you’re getting a triple (approximate) Cordyceps dose, nothing to be concerned about, just aware. In this regard we encourage you to feel out your dosage and take the amount that feels aligned and innate to your individual body’s needs. Generally ÂŒ - 1tsp of each herb per day is great for most people. 🍃 We also really love working with the tonic herbs individually, as this gives us the space to cultivate an accurate awareness of how their medicine is unfolding in our systems. We love making a ritual out of our tonic time, taking pause to really align with our intentional choice to work with a particular herb. Taking Reishi for meditation is a great example here. Whether your approach is one of a mad scientist (adding everything) or a zen master (working with one herb for long periods), the tonic herbs are versatile and gentle enough to be used daily. Include them into your diet in whichever way suits your daily flow. Oh, and remember that if you’re feeling to take a break from a blend or herb for a few days or week, feel free to go ahead and do this. Even if you’re worried that the benefits may go away, try the break anyway, what we’re hoping will have happened that the herbs have worked their way into your organ systems to restore health, so the benefits may remain even without the herbs. đŸ”» đŸ”· đŸ”» #performance #athleticperformance #tonicherbalism #jing #yinyang #yin #yang #tcm #liver #lung #holisticlife
