@rachelchudley's decorated space at the @houseandgardenfestival - a seductive night-time dining room – has a jewel-box-like atmosphere that is world’s away from the brightly-lit surroundings of the exhibitors’ hall. With help from Rachel’s favourite collaborators, including lacquered teal walls in a shade by @donaldkaufmancolor, an Art-Deco-inspired ceiling fresco by @surfaceview, a @jankathofficial cloud rug from @front_rugs, and a spectacular medieval-meets-modern table by @coxlondon, the eclectic space invokes multiple periods, making use of both formal glamour and playful kitsch ( a slightly larger-than-life-size pug sculpture by Kathy Pilkington is instrumental for the latter).
