We decided to continue riding on the Toro Bravo bandwagon so we picked up their Sauv Blanc to try. We were pleasantly surprised! It didn’t blow us away like the Toro Bravo Merlot but this was a definitely a well-balanced wine! It has a low sugar content but it doesn’t come off as sour or dry. It’s light and refreshing, so a great wine for a hot summer day. And of course, you really can’t beat the price point!
