Christmas gift from @nicholaspalumbo84 😌❤️ I just want to start off by saying this is my new fav under $10 wine. It’s crisp, lightly citrus, dry without being too dry, and has just a lil bit of fizz. So good!! Some fun facts about Vinho Verde... it’s actually not a grape variety, it refers to the region in Portugal. So most “Vinho Verde” wines are a blend of white grapes indigenous to Portugal. The fizz is not necessarily natural, but Vinho Verde but has come to be known for its fizz so nowadays most wine makers will add it through a boost of CO2.
