We had this for my birthday (which was over a month ago oops) with some blue cheese 🧀 If you’ve never had blue cheese with ice wine/Vidal you are missing out!! It is the best combination.
Definitely check out this particular Vidal if you prefer something less sweet than your traditional ice wine. This wine also less full bodied than most ice wines, and didn’t have much of a honey flavour that usually occurs.
