Hey team, Mallory here ☺️ just wanted to hop on here because we’re celebrating Kory’s birthday this week! Kory has poured his heart and soul into TAFT from the get-go, but this past year has been demanding and all-consuming in ways that are hard to quantify. The other night, I couldn’t sleep and walked out to our living room to find Kory on the couch, at 2am, Skyping in Spanish with the factory team in Spain to prepare for the TAFT x You launch. For a guy who is typically asleep by 10pm, the late nights are a big sacrifice, but he never complains. And as fun as it is to watch Kory design and build and create, my favorite things about Kory have nothing to do with TAFT - it’s his kind heart, his gentleness, the way he parents our kids and the way he can make anyone feel important and loved. So happy, happy birthday to everyone’s favorite shoe designer and friend. And thank you to all of you for being part of our story, you’re the reason Kory works as hard as he does❤️
