Hi friends - Seana Tabura here! I realized we’ve never properly introduced ourselves so here we go.
💛 We are a very small business run by a husband (active duty Marine Corps.) and wife (Nutritionist) team. 95% of our ingredients are sourced from small Arkansas farmers even down to the herbs we infuse in the tallow. Our tallow is 100% grass-fed and finished and we visit the farm monthly to pick up the tallow whole and then render it ourselves. The rendering process takes 24 hours and infusions based on the product take anywhere from an additional 48 hours to a few weeks. Our soaps are approximately ¾ tallow and ¼ raw holistically raised goat's milk from Arkansas. All products have a shelf life of multiple years if stored in a cool room away from direct light or refrigerated.
🌾 TallowCoco was born from a Functional Nutritionist's dream of making functional skincare affordable to all. We use the term ‘functional’ because our skincare has more functions than just moisturizing the skin. Our products nourish the largest organ (skin) and replenish lost vitamins and minerals while keeping the skin hydrated and youthful. All our products have less than four ingredients which allows us to source the highest quality that produces our nourishing and wholesome skincare products.
