250mL Sweet Peach infused Gin
200mL St. Germain liqueur
250mL Peach Nectar
500mL Prosecco
Peach slices, to garnish *To create infused gin, combine 6 tsp of our Sweet Peach tea and 250mL of gin in a jar. Place in the fridge and allow to infuse overnight. Strain.
Combine the gin, liqueur and nectar in a jug. Stir to combine. Pour the mixture into champagne flutes, filling them about half-way. Top with Prosecco and a slice of peach!
