The busiest time of the year has come to an end! Our tea-infused White Spice Mulled Wine is the perfect way to recoup before seeing off 2019.
2 cups concentrated White Spice tea*
2 bottles red wine
4 cups apple cider
1/2 cup brandy
1/4 cup honey
2 oranges sliced
Cinnamon sticks and orange slices, to garnish. *To create concentrated tea, steep 4 tsp of White Spice tea in 230mL of hot water. Allow to brew for 1-2 mins. Strain.
Combine all ingredients in a large pot, simmer over a low heat for 10-15 minutes. Serve in mugs, garnish with cinnamon sticks and orange slices.
