🍸WHITE SPICE BUTTERED RUM 🍸
2 tbsp White Spice loose leaf tea
½ cup dark rum
60 g butter (softened)
20 g brown sugar
Mix butter and sugar into a 1L teapot, then pour in the rum and stir. Place the tea into the infuser and fill the teapot with hot water. Brew for 1-2 minutes before serving.
Our White Spice blend combines pure white tea, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, star anise, rose and safflower to create a sweet and spicy flavour.
