RECIPE
Brew our African Sunset tea, using the Cold Brew method. To do so, place 12g of tea into a 1.5L jug. Pour 1L of water over the tea, almost filling the jug. Refrigerate for 8-12 hours (longer times produce a stronger flavour). Strain 100ml of the brew into a glass, pour in 30ml of your favourite Gin and stir. Top with sparkling wine. For a non-alcoholic version, replace the gin and wine with soda water.
