MATCHA CHOCOLATE-COATED STRAWBERRIES

60g white chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup virgin coconut oil, melted
1 tsp. Tea Drop Organic Matcha Latte
20 strawberries, chilled and patted dry
.
Place a medium, heat-proof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Place chocolate, oil, matcha and a pinch of salt into the bowl and stir until just melted. Remove the bowl from heat and set into a larger bowl filled with ice-cold water. Continue to stir the mixture until it begins to thicken (around 2 minutes). Then, dip each strawberry into the chocolate one at a time and place onto a baking sheet. Chill dipped berries until set, about half an hour.
