Treat yourself to a little bit of elegance with a Supreme Earl Grey Martini, using Gin infused with our Supreme Earl Grey blend.

Place 3 tsp of loose leaf Supreme Earl Grey into a jar with 150ml of Gin. Shake jar and leave to infuse for at least two hours (overnight is best) then remove the tea leaves.

Place 45ml of infused Gin, 30ml of simple syrup, 1 egg white and the juice from a lemon wedge into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake!

Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with some dried rose petals.
