We hand-fill the middle part, the most important part (covered by the opaque, foil stamped label) with a concentration of blue OR pink, paper and metallic confetti that we hand-mix! We layer It so that the surprise is in the actual reveal of the color when It flies through the air! But wait, we take it one step cuter. On the base of the pop that eventually surfaces, there’s a sweet, foil stamped message that reads “CONGRATS!” We put a lot of love into these, but that’s how It should be.
