It's taken me years and years to learn to speak kindly to my body like the living, breathing, beautiful human being she is. Have you guys ever tried looking in the mirror and saying nice things to yourself? The first time might make you do a cry, but over time, you really start to believe the truth that is pouring in. We are all beautiful and worthy of love.
