It's time to change the ratio of women working on film sets. We were so lucky to get to work with director @tashavanzandt on our most recent ThirdLove commercial. Tasha shared our passion for getting more women into production jobs. When we asked for as many women working on our set as possible we ended up with 17 women and 3 men.
