Our heart is breaking as Australia burns. And the summer there has only just begun. 2019 was a year of record heat and record drought.Over 20 people have died and thousands of homes have burned to ground.
More than 10 million hectares of Australian land have been burned, and over 1 billion animals have been killed. As many as 8,400 koalas have perished in New South Wales alone.
Our thoughts are with the people of Australia and those affected by these devastating fires.
