She was a rescue dog found hungry in a back yard. When she was alone she destroyed any and everything thing to get out. When she broke the window to get out I cried. I had no idea what to do. (She was fine btw) enter Thundershirt. I saw it at pet supermarket I bought it totally desperate. I also bought an electronic fence planning to keep her outside when u wasn't home. Something I really didn't want to do. From the moment I put the shirt on she was fine at home by herself. She stopped being destructive. I was shocked , to be honest I didn't expect it to work. It was fabric and Velcro, nothing special. It worked instantly. I returned the electronic fence. Thundershirt had a cumulative effect also, she stopped needing it. We used it again when she was sick and particularly anxious. After some basic training everyone thought she was the perfect dog. If they only knew.
