It was a long road, but it was so worth it. A six month renovation, two months Under Contract, and we finally made it to the settlement table. Congrats to our wonderful buyers, so very appreciative and easy to work with. Taking a break from Oak St for a while, but who knows, maybe we'll show back up there again in the future... 😉 For now, our sights are set on finishing Headquarters, and with any luck we'll have #thebluebirdhouse finished by Halloween and #thearchwayhouse complete in early 2022.
