I went and saw a house the other day where the flipper tried to copy what I did in my client's bathroom on his project. He got access to my client's house and liked her office bathroom. I did black accents in the space. Needless to say, the copy was done poorly and not right. He also threw-up ombre beige tiles everywhere and then put black boarders on the edging of the dams and shower seats. Then bonus, he used weird rough beige rock type tile for all the shower floors. And all the bathrooms had the same tiles used the same way. Yep including the master. Hopefully you can visualize this hideous look.

My rule of thumb on bathroom designs, remodels and renos, if you can't make it cool/glam then keep it simple and the space will still look nice and fresh. Y'all know I can kill a bathroom design, but not all spaces will translate the same. So here's a simple shower I did in Lenox, Mass with some nice aroma flowers that I'd like to be smelling right now.
